What does it mean when you have protein that comes out as of range?

What does it mean when you have protein that comes out as of range? All others in that area of the lab report say negative (like bilirubin, ketones, occult blood, mitrite and leukocyte esterase). The protein says out of range with 2+. On my lab report status it says partial and ferritin are still pending.
